Feature description:
I’d like the ability to have smart playlists adhere to the currently enabled / disabled Global (source) filters.
Problem solved:
I have smart playlists which feature multiple versions of tracks (Clean vs Explicit & M4A vs OPUS). I’m often editing the playlists provider / library to fit the needs of the day or situation & it would be nice to quickly toggle smart playlists based on the Global filters selected, then I would not need to edit the global filters and edit the smart playlists individually.
Brought benefits:
Users with playlists that feature tracks from various sources or folders can more easily tapper smart playlists.

Screenshot 1 Shows my current folders.
In essence I’d like to be able to toggle in the source filter [E] (Explicit Versions) & My smart playlists will show any tracks on that playlist that are in the folder [E]
If I toggle folder [E] off I’d like for those same tracks to no longer show.
For anyone curious as to why I carry multiple versions of the same songs
-
[E] & [C] • I play music at events from time to time & these may be CLEAN only sessions.
-
M4A & OPUS • SONOS doesn’t like OPUS but OPUS is better quality.
I haven’t bitten the bullet to just keep on over the other because things may change… -
WAV & FLAC • A few albums I’ve got are very high Quality WAV but WAV doesn’t always play nice so we have FLAC versions of those for compatibility.
