Skipping to next song after a few seconds

Issue description:

Hey, when I play certain albums, it will load the first few seconds and then skip to the next song over and over. A message will pop up along the lines “error: make sure this format is supported”. I’m pretty sure these are standard aiff files. And symfonium plays other songs in the same format without issue.

I recently enabled a rolling and playback cache, but if anything that should fix a problem like this, right?
 

Reproduction steps:

 
Select to play a song ( looks like aiffs are the ones giving trouble). Wait a few seconds for symfonium to skip to the next song.

Duplicate, PlayBack cache does not work well with transcoding done at Symfonium side. Needs a new OS transcoding API.

Next version will not cache those.

Thanks. So I’ll just turn that off for now. Is it the aiff files that it has to transcode? I try to have to original files sent through when it’s possible.
