Since the Material Skin for Lyrion (fka Logitech Media Server) has been updated and offers a redesign, I’ve been working on matching it with my Symfonium layout to accommodate muscle memory across both. I’ve getting close enough to share a preview.

Lyrion Home Page and Now Playing, then Symfonium Home Page and Now Playing:

My focus now is on making Symfonium’s Now Playing more closely match Lyrion’s. Once I do that I’ll share the theme.

Have been experimenting with a faux audio setup using a string to show the equaliser profile name and have it switch with different devices.

I used a large number of strings, The device is a tablet, Light⫻Drak | model (P1/P2).

Not the now playing screen, but the home screen, with a custom logo I just made. I don’t know yet if i’ll be tired of this logo or if I will find it good enough, but I’m happy with it so far, so here it is:

Question. Your bottom navigation tabs are centered. However whenever I choose the same setting, mine are always leaning towards the left. Are you doing anything special?

It’s just because my screen is exactly the right width to make them look centered. I don’t have any special secret, they are left aligned

Downloaded the Symfonium forum logo and used it as a banner. Looks really good.

Here’s my current setup. Still tweaking placement, padding, and sizes of some things, but finally feeling like I have it about where I want it. One of my goals for this year is to listen to the entire Rolling Stone 500 albums list, so the albums that are on that list have an album tag in Plex, and with the latest update I have that displayed next to the year when applicable. If you’re curious about the long track lengths, my entire music collection is edited into single files for each album, something I’ve been doing for almost 15 years now. It makes organization much easier (at least for me) and helps me listen in a more intentional, thoughtful way.
