Issue description
If “Show Chapters” is set as the Tap action with any other action set on Long-click, tracks without chapters become unable to use the Long-click action.

Steps to reproduce
Edit NPS, enable a custom string (any slot).
- set Tap action to “Show Chapters”
- set Long-click action to anything (ex: “Go to Artists”)
Play a track with no chapters and try your string actions. Regular tap correctly does nothing. Long-click incorrectly also does nothing.
Additional information
Playing a track with chapters allows the Long-click action to work normally.
The opposite set-up (with Show Chapters as Long Click action and other action set as Tap) correctly allows the other action in both cases.
It is only when there are no chapters and the Tap action is set to Show Chapters that this issue occurs.
