Sharing playlists from Local library to Plex library

Issue description:

I am hoping to import a playlist made in my LOCAL database into my PLEX database, is this possible
I have tried following theanial and steps provided via Tolriq on Reddit and the push function is not working

Ok so that’s not what you explain on reddit, this is obviously not possible, Plex have 0 knowledge of the media you have on your phone.
