I would like to have the possibility in the now playing screen to see the track details when tapping on the cover (unfortunately this option is not yet available).
Yes, there is now also the option to assign buttons to the four corners of the cover.
This is a great idea and alternative, but it would not be conducive to a clear design.
How about the possibility to make these “buttons” invisible?
Problem solved:
Save space for other buttons elsewhere
Brought benefits:
Clear, tidy design and saving space with fewer buttons.
More intuitive.
You can assign track deatails to “Long Press Action” or “Tap Action” in the expanded player which then brings up those details. Having it isolated to the cover art would be pretty neat though.
But that is an extra submenu. The feature request is about simply tapping on the cover (or a long tap) to display the track details immediately and not an extra submenu.
that’s okay, unfortunately it washed out my request a bit.
now it says implemented. What does that mean?
Did the developer @Tolriq understand it as you do, that it is sufficient if you can get to the track details via detours (a submenu)? So the feature request is therefore not accepted?
Or will it be implemented as described in the near future?
Or has it already been implemented (as I interpret the marker “implemented”) but the version is not yet online?
With the update to version 13.1.081, the desired function has now been integrated.
By “Tap Action” on the cover in the now playing screen, the details of the title can be displayed (if set).
Thank you!
