Issue description
While adjusting sliders in the Lyrics Settings screen, vertical movement causes the screen to scroll while the slider is held. (See video) Scrolling should be blocked while dragging the slider.
Can be annoying if the slider keeps moving, and can also cause accidental closure of screen if you drag down a lot while moving the slider.

Steps to reproduce
Play a track with lyrics so that you can access the standalone Lyrics page. Open the Lyrics Settings screen.
Grab any slider and make a large vertical movement. The screen will scroll to the position of your movement.
Additional information
Small movements allow repeated up & down motion while dragging. Large movements will jump to position once, then stop scrolling until slider is released.
