Feature description:
I’d like for the Source Filter states – which folders or sources are visible or hidden – to save with each interface style I save to my Change Styles collection.
Problem solved:
I use different interfaces for different genres of music – one for Audiobooks/podcasts, another for Jazz, one more for hip-hop, a different one for classical, etc. Switching between each style then also necessitates my going to the Source Filter menu separately and manually hiding and un-hiding separate folders, which is a slog.
Brought benefits:
If Source Filter states were saved with each Style, then it would allow users to use each separate Style Change not merely as an aesthetic skin, but to change the focus of the player all at once, essentially giving us the ability to switch between several fully customizable, purpose-driven music players within the same app.
Other application solutions:
None that I’m aware of.
