Samba Server (Synology NAS) has been added successfully,but when i come into library it still shows no files

I jist downloader Symfonium yesterday to try it.

When i add the NAS share in the Samba section , i got no error. I entered the local IP address of NAS, share name - music , username and password. I have got some 2000-2500 flac files ..After adding i clicked on Sync also,but nothing shows up in library. In library there is a Files option..when i. Go into that it says Media Provider is Offline. But im able to connect to that same NAS from my phone using CX explorer

Pls help. Or will this feature work only after purchasing the Symfonium app

Sorry, the issue was my phone was in low power mode. But the error didn’t show properly..the error showed that server is offline. By chance, when i put the phone on charge it started scanning the location for files. If the error displayed was correct i wouldn’t have opened this :smiley:

Well the error was correct :wink: You are low power, the app no more have network access server is offline :wink:

The app can’t detect why your phone prevent access…
