Rewinding Track Should Increase Playcount

Feature description:

Allow for rewinding/going back to the beginning of the track to increase play count

Problem solved:

Currently. If I’m obsessing over a song and playing it repeatedly, it only adds a single play which means stats aren’t reflected properly

Brought benefits:

Allows user to better curate smart playlists and also stats ate fun

Other application solutions:

Pano Scrobbler does this fine

Use repeat mode 1 for that purpose.

But sometimes I only play the song twice and I don’t even get to the end of the song either time as my favourite part is around halfway. Changing mode isn’t conducive to me getting through my playlist and enjoying my music experience.

Whereas adding a logic like if user presses back and current play length is greater than the limit set, increase play count by 1, seems like it’s not a big deal, though what do I know?

That’s what every other music app does, Musicolet, Clementine, WinAmp, etc. it’s been the standard UX since the beginning of time.
