Replay gain not applying. On/Off settings have no effect

Issue description:

Replay gain does not apply to tracks. Worked in the past, but the setting has no effect on tracks volumes. Other players are applying it correctly, so the files are in working condition.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and have started fresh with no backup. All results end with the same issue.
 

Reproduction steps:

 
Play multiple tracks in a playlist and hear the extreme differences in audio loudness.

Replay gain is off in those logs …
You need to enable replay gain then start some media.

Apologies. I must have forgotten to toggle it back on when I was troubleshooting it. I confirmed no changes again with it on.

I’ve uploaded new logs.

RG is properly applied for the last 2 media and was still off for the first.

It doesn’t reflect that though with the audio. With every other and player and this one sometime ago, the audio would be very quite since I tagged my tracks at -18LUFS vs. having replay gain off.

Now even when it says it’s on, it’s just as loud and the setting in the app for “normalization” doesn’t have any effect.

Then you have enabled hires settings that disable all processors.

Oh, wow. I’ve been dealing with this issue for like a year and to think it was that setting. This actually solved my issue, thanks a ton.

I’d recommend putting a disclaimer that tueing on HiRes will disable replay gain, because that’s a pretty invisible side effect, but again thank you. I’m really happy to have your player working perfectly again.
