Red cast button preventing local playback

Issue description:

Having listened to something via Chromecast the night before, even after a hard reset of the phone it tries to stay connected. Then trying to play the audiobook locally it feels like the track won’t play, volume 0 etc. only on pressing the button and disconnecting from local playback does it allow local playback

Reproduction steps:

 
Stream music to Chromecast enabled device
Stop music from Chromecast enabled device
Attempt to play locally when no longer on the WiFi network

Your logs are empty and does not reproduce the issue.

In all cases to play locally you need to stop casting in the cast button.
If the cast button is still on after a phone reboot or app kill it’s because you have enabled the option to remember the last renderer so it will try to connect.
