Question about AutoEQ and Hi-Res Support on LG V60

Issue description:

I noticed that in the app, I can enable both AutoEQ and Hi-Res support at the same time while playing a hi-res file (24/96). Does this mean the Hi-Res feature isn’t actually working? Or does it just temporarily turn off Hi-Res processing when AutoEQ is enabled?

Also, as a side question, if the app displays 24/96 while playing a song, does that guarantee the audio is not being resampled?

I’m using an LG V60 if that helps with any specifics.

no one can guarantee anything on Android, the DAC can resample, the OS can do what it wants :slight_smile:

The only guarantee is that the audio that leaves Symfonium is as described.

Thanks for the reply. I guess there is really too much variable in android :rofl: As a side note, do Hi-res support apply to locally cached music file?
