Providers missing after update

Issue description:

Using a navidrome server through tailscale and it’s no longer visible in my provider lists and won’t let me re-add it. My home page is just loading modules (recently played albums, recently added albums, some custom album playlists etc.) without populating most of them, or losing them shortly after they’ve been populated. The server sometimes briefly becomes visible but not sure why or how to reproduce. Tried adding a jellyfin server and behaviour was also weird. Just hung there applying settings

The logs are huge and contains tons of things done at the same time + kills of the app.

Let the sync finish properly. Then run Cleanup internal state in Settings / Advanced.

Be sure to exclude the app from battery optimizations too .

It’s not doing a sync as far as I can see though. There’s no provider listed when I click the little funnel thing

Well it is in the logs.

Ok, thanks. I’ll just let it simmer then

I got an email from Tailscale a few days ago saying they were changing something about their fire wall settings. That might have something to do with it.

Log into your tail-scale dashboard and make sure everything is still configured properly.

Ok, so I let it finish syncing which took a little over 2 hours during which it was mostly unresponsive. It’s been taking about 30 mins and being totally usable during scans previously. The problem persists and the homepage keeps only momentarily showing different modules but never all of them and clicking into them is only sometimes not met with a forever loading indicator. Still no providers visible in settings

I’ve sent another log that should be much shorter.

Tailscale seems fine. It’s been acting fine until the symfonium update pushed to my phone and I can reach navidrome through the web interface with no issue.

Oh, also I did the cleanup internal states thing too

The new log is empty so I can’t see anything.

Enable logs. Force kill the app, restart the app, navigate in the app then upload logs.

Ok just uploaded new logs

Ok so seems you have an album smart playlist with in playlist filter that goes nuts and lock the db.

You might want to try to delete that playlist until it’s fixed in next version.

Or at least not pin it to the home page.

Ah ok, thank you! Will do

Sounds like the same issue I ran into, love to see the words “fixed in the next version” :+1:
