Issue description:
I added and have been using my plex server for a long time, and the last few days its randomly stopped working, right now its in the “not working” mode.
I’ve tried to log in again to reauthenticate it. I added my server again and it “worked” but then all my songs were duplicated and the new ones didn’t have “favorites” tied to them
I deleted the “new” one and am currently just hoping the old one starts to work again so i don’t lose all my favorites (i didnt set favorites as ratings but will if this starts working again)
I uploaded my log, it might be chaotic but ultimately i tried a few different things
I turned off Plex Relay (didnt know it was on) its still off now
I tried changing my port, didnt work so i changed it back
I tried using different browsers to sign in for the reauthentication, but nothing seemed to change anything.
If the logs tell you something and theres a way to fix it without losing everything that would be great. If not then im back to readding the server and trying to refavorite over 1000 songs and albums, unless theres a way to sync that info.

I haven’t been home to see if there are any issues on LAN, currently streaming over 5G, but Plexamp and the Plex app are able to connect

Check info is correct → Submit
Receive error that server is offline
