Player losing connection and not reconnecting

The player will randomly lose connection and not reconnect. This has been happening a lot even on WiFi. The only solution into force close the app

plexamp keeps working fine as i test with the track or album

Let the sync finish you probably have moved some stuff.

The sync was just to test stuff out. It’s been happening for over a week

Check that the sync actually finish and there’s no error and provide logs only showing the issue then.

But error 404 is the server not finding the media, only Plex logs will tell why.

Reboot the phone and provide logs and video showing what you do just for the playback part.

That’s the same as force stopping the player so so it will work.
I’ll leave the log running and share when/if it happens

Happened when ? What did you did you do before? Can you make a video of what you are doing now to play ?

How can i share the video?

I think the issue is related to Googlecast or Bluetooth. I had been casting when it occured.
I also experience when driving and using Android Auto.

Plexamp works fine. Just to highlight that the Plex server is not the issues

I had been using Chromecast when it happened

Go to about screen and press 6 times the logo. Then enable Advanced settings / Disable output switcher and force kill the app.

I only use the beta version. Am i missing something?

The last update is from yesterday so have you tested with the new version and still have the issue and provided new logs ?

To be sure you should try to clear playback cache too.
