Playcount doesn't update for last song in quene

Issue description:

Using ver. 10B1. Change log says it has been fixed but the behaviour is the same as in previous version. No play count updated and no listen send to Listenbrainz via LMS.

No joy on 10B2. Tested both with Navidrome and Lms.

Ok so no your issue is completely different it’s the queue that does not fully stops when casting to UPnP. Will be fixed.

Sounds really similar to my issue.
Reproduction:

  1. Start casting to pi running upmpdcli.
  2. Start playback of an entire album, provider is LMS.
  3. It completes playing but the playcount of the last title is not increased.

It happens consistently (4 times today while I was reading) and I did create logs for the last album. For some reason they’re almost 40MB but I’ve uploaded them as “655321 last song playcount not updated, lms + upmpdcli” anyways. I can open a new thread if it’s unrelated but it sounds very similar.
The last title always plays successfully (and is scrobbled through panoscrobbler) so at least for me it’s only a cosmetic issue. I just thought I’d report it anyways.

6 months old issue that ends with all works, pretty sure we can conclude it’s not the same.

Please open another issue so that I can follow properly this week.
