Playback from Navidrome to Sonos not working

Issue description

Hello,

I have been using Symfonium for playing my music stored on Navidrome onto my Sonos speakers. It used to work perfectly. My Navidrome is hosted on a Synology NAS.

For some reasons, this does not work anymore.

What still works:

  • playing from Navidrome to my local device (Android phone) running Symfonium
  • playing from Navidrome to my Sonos devices after enabling the option “using Symfonium as a proxy” (in French: “proxy par Symfonium”)

I read the log and honestly, I have not been able to decipher it. No error is obvioulsy reported.

I also uploaded my log under my username; hope it is enough.

Steps to reproduce

  1. select any Sonos device as renderer in the app
  2. try to playback any song coming from Navidrome
    => playback fails to start.

As all the duplicates when that works, it means your Sonos have a problem communicating with your server. There’s nothing more I can do except offer that workaround that as you see works.

What confuses me is that it used to work without the need to use Symfonium as a proxy (this has the main drawback of draining my phone’s battery). I did not change any parameter on my Sonos devices. Maybe some parameter changed on my nas. Do you have any clue how I could investigate this issue myself?
