Hi super new user here. On the playback screen where are the controls? I have no skip track buttons at all, no shuffle, no repeat. I can’t find where the setting is in the absolute sea of settings there are. I see controls in the notification shade, but why nothing on the main app playback screen? I’ve searched the forum but didn’t find anything. I feel like I’m missing something super obvious here. TIA
Depending on your theme preset, there may not be controls visible. You can:
A) use gestures - tap album art to play/pause, horizontal swipe to skip tracks
B) pick a different preset
Settings > Interface > Now Playing > Change Style
C) Add the controls to your current style
Settings > Interface > Now Playing > Portrait/Landscape > “Controls and Information” big header
scroll down to the bottom (just above “Bottom bar” header
Set “Control button bar style” to visible and select the buttons you want
