Per previous support response, I have installed newest version, 15.1.0 , and am still unable to have my phone connect to the Schitt Magni amp. Music freezes at 0 seconds. Please see debug log.
Thank you for updating to 15.1.0. I found your new logs. They show the Magni opening successfully, nonzero audio data completing USB transfers, and playback advancing to about 7.6 seconds. That does not tell me whether you could hear anything.
Could you clarify whether the elapsed-time display stays at 0:00, or whether it advances but there is no sound?
To capture the remaining problem, please enable debug mode before connecting the Magni, connect it and play one track for at least 15 seconds without pausing or changing tracks. Then disable debug mode and upload the logs promptly using this guide. Please reply with your app version, upload description, reproduction time, and what the display and headphones did during that attempt. Thank you for your help.
