Option to store offline downloads in app private storage

Feature description

When downloading tracks for offline use, Symfonium currently saves files to the shared Downloads folder, making them visible in the Google Files app and other apps.

Problem solved

Downloaded files appear in the system Files app and are accessible outside of Symfonium, which is not desirable for users who want their offline library to remain private and self-contained.

Brought benefits

Users who download music purely for offline playback within Symfonium would no longer have their files exposed to the rest of the system.

Other application solutions

The playback cache already uses private app storage and is invisible to other apps — the same approach could be applied to permanent offline downloads.

Additional description and context

Tested on a Pixel running Android 14. Files downloaded from a Jellyfin server appear immediately in the Google Files “Downloads” section, organized by album folder.

The permanent cache uses Symfonium private folders already.

The only purpose of the download to Downloads is to share with other apps.
