Option for MD3 floating navigation bar

Feature description:

Please add the new MD3 floating navigation bar as a navigation style.

Problem solved:

It adds more options for bottom navigation styles.

Brought benefits:

It adds a stylish option to use for navigating the app.

Additional description and context:

Screenshot 1 is the current material design implementation. Screenshot 2 is an example of the floating navigation bar. It should basically have all the colour characteristics of the current implementation but it should look like the floating bar. Also the selections should still be pill shaped rather than circular, see Screenshot 3. As for which button would be separated, it should always be the last one according to number (so where there’s 3 buttons, #3 would be separated. Where there’s 4, #4 would be separated.)

So 2 floating bars that are against the md3 specs ?

You know I wasn’t really sure what version they released this under but yes please.

Well that’s ugly and against the spec … You can’t have 2 floating bars with the compact player …

Just the first one, I only included the second one because of the selection overlay shape.

I understand what you’re saying now. But in my opinion it doesn’t look bad. It would be good to just have the option. I don’t think many people would mind either.
