Feature description:
I would like a compact now playing bar with rounded corners like in Spotify or Apple music and also the ability to increase or reduce it’s relative height (with restrictions to space of course).
Problem solved:
The current now playing bar looks kind of outdated and while I understand a lot of people would still like it, I would at least prefer the option to make it more modern.
Brought benefits:
It would make the app look more modern than it does now.
Other application solutions:
Other apps like Spotify, Apple music, Namida and simp music have implemented these options.
Additional description and context:
Again I would only like the option in settings to change it in case there’s other people that prefer the current solution.
Screenshot 1 is from Spotify. Screenshot 2 is from Apple music. Screenshot 3 is from simp music.
While these two do not actually give you the option to increase or reduce the height, it changes automatically according to font size and dpi.
Screenshot 4 is from Namida and it does give you the option to increase or reduce the height of the now playing bar as well as the ability to increase the corner size (along with the rest of the ui).
