Read again the offload options then complain to your phone manufacturer.

The issue is the device incorrectly reporting that it’s capable?

Well no it probably report that it does not support it.

But then using offload mode with “enabled if device supports gapless” should not enable offload mode, so then gapless should still work, right?

Yes it should, but seems your device is a Pixel 8 so this should work can you upload the tracks you tried to play to https://upload.symfonium.app so I try to reproduce ?

Ok, uploaded. I am using grapheneos, let me see if exploit protection compatibility mode fixes it (edit: it didn’t. I enabled compat mode, force stopped symfonium, and then launched it and tried it, and if-possible mode still introduced a gap)

Ok so was able to reproduce and have a workaround, but most of the time it’s still gapless quite strange and logs have different errors than yours.
Anyway it should work better in next release.

I had it set to “offload if device supports gapless” on the latest update and it happened again but when I went to get logs I couldn’t reproduce it
