Offline status filter not working with full cached

Issue description:

I created an album smart playlist with the only rule offline status is fully cached. The playlist is empty even if there are albums fully cached (see the image).

If I set offline status is cached, the album appears but with also partially cached albums.

Logs:

Upload description: Creating fully cached smart playlist

Additional information:

Reproduction steps:

  • enable an auto rule to cache a playlist with some full album and/or add an album to the rolling cache
  • Create a smart playlist with “offline status is fully cached".
  • The smart playlist should contain the cached albums, but it’s empty.

filter on tracks instead of albums. may be a bug, but tracks should work.

I have a smart playlist containing cached tracks, then I filter albums as being in that playlist. You can’t filter based upon being in a smart playlist, so you’ll have to save a copy of the smart playlist as a normal playlist. A bit convoluted, but it works.

Alternatively, you can use the “Hide items not available offline” filter in the filter menu.

Great album, by the way

I also think it’s a bug. Thanks for the suggestion, but they don’t work very well; both would include/show albums that are partially cached. For this, I can use the offline status “is cached,” which works.

The album is not actually fully cached else the bottom of the bottomsheet would be different.

The question is in what state you are causing the top text to show the wrong value.

The album Is cached by an auto rule of another smart playlist. Does the fully cached rule apply only on manually cached albums?

It should not, but that’s where you need to give rh necessary details to repro

I added the reproducing steps in the original message. Thanks.
