Issue description:
I transcoded my music collection to OPUS today for the storage savings. The songs play fine on the web and on the official Jellyfin app. However, Symfonium is unable to play the OPUS files for some reason. All I see is the loaded cover art with the file information as “Unknown” and a buffering icon.

Symfonium tries to automatically sync your data when there’s changes, unfortunately not everything can be detected like metadata updates or playlist updates.
You can force a sync for a media provider at any time.
From the filter menu

Press the filter menu then press the Sync button for the provider you want to update. Some providers support differential sync, to force a full sync long press the Sync button.
If a sync is running a small animation will run on the filter button.
