Not able to play music using Jellyfin server

what happened : Not able to play music. It just keeps on spinning.

what you expected to happen : The music to be played.

the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue : Connect Symfonium to jellyfin server. Connect to home network using twingate VPN.

the provider involved, if any: Jellyfin

the player involved, if any: Trying to play the music on smartphone.

logs generated while the issue happens : Logs uploaded using Enable debug option.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Connet to home server using twingate.
  2. Open synfonium and sync with the jellyfin server.
  3. Try playing a song it doesn’t work and keeps on spinning

Your server returns error 404. The files are probably moved or unacessible by jellyfin.

try to force a sync but check Jellyfin logs.
