No Playback Reporting to Jellyfin

Issue description:

I’m using Symfonium together with Jellyfin, both on the lastest version. Im using a Android 15 Samsung Galaxy S25.

For some time now, I’ve been having the issue that Symfonium doesn’t correctly report to Jellyfin when a song is being played or not.
In Jellyfin under “Active Devices”, it only sporadically shows that Symfonium is currently playing a song — and only for a few seconds. After that, it just says that the device was “active less than a minute ago”, even though playback is still ongoing in Symfonium. I dont have this issue with Finamp.

Additional information:

Maybe this multi-scrobbler issue is related because i have the same problem but i think it is more a Symfonium than a multi-scrobbler problem because i can scrobble song played with finamp.

MY music client is Symfonium. Recently I noticed that Multiscrobbler has been mistracking or ignoring the playing status of Plex songs (played through Symfonium), causing these songs to be mistakenly ignored. Multiscrobbler treats anything played by Symfonium as having been played for zero seconds, which obviously does not meet the cutoff. Your server returns error 401 for half the queries to push the status, check Jellyfin logs for why they do that.

Hello Tolriq, thank you for your fast response.
I looked at my Jellyfin Logs and saw a lot of

I changed the password of my user, deleted every device and restarted Jellyfin. After that I removed my Jellyfin-Library from Symfonium and readded it again with the new password. Now everything is working again!
