No playable media when connected via Wi-Fi

Issue description:

Hello,

I have Symphonium configured to use my public IP so that I bypass any Plex relays to get the maximum playback quality. It works flawlessly when Wi-Fi is turned off but when I’m connected to my own Wi-Fi network (The same Wi-Fi network my Plex server is off) I get a no playable media error message when trying to play back any type of music from my Plex library.

I have turned on debug mode and shared logs with support under the identifier redacted. I’m hoping somebody can help with this issue.

Your network router does not seem to support reentrant NAT so Symfonium can’t connect to the external IP.

You need to check if you can fix your router configuration to accept that, or adapt your network setup.
