No Onedrive sync

Issue description:

Cannot sync with Onedrive.
Reinstalled Symfonium old and newest version.
Taken away connection and reconnect to onedrive multiples times. Restarted phone.
Symfonium shows that it is sync but only loops, draims battery and when it is done syncimg no music skows up

There is not attempt to sync in those logs, you need to enable sync, reproduce the issue then upload the logs.

I replicated the situation and uploaded the logs again.

There’s still no sync in the logs.

Please provide a video of what you do exactly with matching logs.

Sent a log to do with this video too.

So what’s the issue?, there’s a big card at the top showing that the sync is running.

Yes, it shows that it is syncing but everything is empty when it is done. It will be like it never started. The only place I can find audio is under ‘files’. See video.

The library is still scanning you have many big messages that says: Wait for the sync to finish and the content will be there …

Stop touching everything and let the sync finish.

The videos shows me touching everything just to show what I usually click on to start the sync but normally I’ve just let it sync and not touched anything. I’ve done that on 10 different occasions now. I let it run all last night when I was sleeping, I let it sync all day during work and still every time it is the same result. Currently letting Symfonium sync on my tablet. My tablet syncs fine with Plex though.

Provide the logs when the sync is finished. If you delete all the cache is removed and sync is slow.

So stop trying 10 times the same thing, stop removing the provider and show the state when it’s synced.

Thanks. Worked better this time but got alot of doubles of artists, albums and tracks. One copy that plays and has metadata and another copy without metadata and doesn’t play. See screen shots. Uploaded latest log also.



You did too many things at once :wink: Go to Settings / Advanced/Cleanup internal state.

You don’t have to believe me but I did the same procedure before; doing a complete sync and waiting. Just glad everything is working again. Thanks.
