Issue description:
I am currently downloading (caching) my entire provider to my phone’s SD Card.
It works fine, but over the last few days I have noticed that my number of concurrent downloads is always reduced down to 1, even though I have 4 in my settings.
When I first press “continue downloading” it will correctly queue 4 tracks. Then once they are done, it will begin only downloading 3-2 tracks, and then in the end it will only download 1 track at a time.
This makes it take significantly longer to download my entire Library.

Det max. concurrent downloads to 4.
Continue downloading.
4 tracks will be queued and downloaded in parallel.
After a few downloads, only 1 track will be downloaded at a time.
