Issue description:
A notification doesn’t appear whenever I do a provider sync. I’m on beta 2 (beta 3 hasn’t appeared on Playstore yet)

Your logs does not show the start of the sync … And you probably just have hidden the channel or the notification at the OS level, or start it from background and have not excluded battery optimisations.
I feared that might happen, I was having issues earlier because my camera app was consuming my ram and it force closed Symfonium multiple times, I’ll run it again and send new logs.
Forgot to mention, I’m on the third beta now and the issue is fixed 
Absolutely nothing was changed in the whole 13.0 release builds
