No any id3 information carried to Sonos when casting

Issue description:

Dear Developer,

I am not sure if this is a known issue or by design, but when I cast any audio files to sonos from navidrome using symfonium, at sonos side, there is no any media information displayed, and it only shows the song’s name. May I know if it is the limitation of upnp, subsonic or if it is something which does not work properly? Thanks.

Symfonium sends the proper data, does it work with other apps ? They maybe disable using the upnp metadata.

Thanks for your prompt response.

I digged into it a bit further, and it seems to be an API change from sonos s1 to s2.

The author of the topic below seems resolved this issue by using “BrowseDirectChildren”.

Not sure if you would like to have a look and potentially make it work in a future release?

Thanks again.

Completely unrelated, I do not browse anything

And just tested locally, yes they no more properly handle the data that is sent, same result with other apps. Either they broke that or they on purpose do that now for UPnP.

Haha all good, then maybe leave it as it, it plays the audio anyway XD. Thanks again.
