New version 15.0.1

Hi,

Since updating to version 15.0.1, my manual crossfades and flat curves have completely stopped working with my hosted Navidrome media provider. This setup worked flawlessly on version 14.x prior to the audio engine update.

Symptoms:

  • The upcoming track’s waveform remains completely flat at all times.
  • Standard manual crossfades fail to trigger, resulting in a hard track cut instead of an overlap.
  • Turning on/off Smart Fades, toggling the internal audio decoder, and enabling/disabling the playback cache do not resolve the issue.
  • The engine seems unable to parse the container or stream length metadata from the Subsonic stream to generate the waveform.

Environment:

  • Symfonium Version: 15.0.1
  • Media Provider: Hosted Navidrome (Subsonic API)

Any ideas?

Just a further point the Galaxy S22 is the mobile being used. I also have a new Pixel 11 and the wave form does show but only on a few tracks most of the time it too is flat and fails to crossfade.
