Issue description:
I am using Navidrome, accessible through Subsonic.
I have read on the documentation: Import / Sync media providers playlists
That when playlists are in online-first mode:
“Online first: The playlist are automatically synced, but can only be edited when connected to the server.”
But I am never seeing my playlist being automatically synced to the server when adding/removing songs. I checked Navidrome docker logs and don’t see update playlist requests sent from Symfonium.
I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding the functionality, or if there is an actual bug. My latest log upload contains steps to add the song to the playlist. I’m unsure what the actual trigger for the “automatic sync” step is.

- Find a song
- Add to the playlist
- Open the playlist and confirm the song was added
