Music that has been permanently deleted still playing/stored in app

Issue description:

I store my music on an micro sd card and listen on a DAP. I deleted an album permanently from the SD, but it still appears and plays in symfonium (i cannot find a trace of these tracks anywhere else on the device, even other music players when the scan for music). I have repeatedly tried to delete tracks, update the sync which led to their being two copies of this album (why!!), and searched for hidden files on the SD. I still cannot figure out why or where it could possibly be being stored.

I currently don’t use anything else to sync or port music and nothing else is on the device except the app and the sd card. This is a new device and the tracks were not on the sd card when I inserted, which makes me think it is being stored somewhere in the app?

I’m being haunted by depressing music. Help.

No logs no chocolate …

I have shared the logs

Not one reproducing the issue.

What error did you expect to be captured?

The app does not act as if it is doing something wrong? It just constantly reproduces and album that has been deleted from all permanent storage and from the only place it is supposed to be porting music from.

I initially indicated there would be no bugs or errors because the app is not crashing or failing. There would be no log of this problem.

I had to download a separate file reader. Symfonium was reading and syncing hidden dot files. Could be something to visit.

I’m considering this closed

The logs does not collect only errors it would have shown exactly what you are playing and from where …

It should already ignore, but again without the proper logs I can’t guess what files, where and your provider settings.

All the information I have is what you write and the logs.
