Music library suddenly shows up empty

Issue description:

I’m having an issue that after paying for the app after the trial period expired, my music library (served by a navidrome subsonic server) suddenly shows up empty in the symfonium app, without me changing anything in the server configuration. not sure if unlocking the app after the trial period is even related, but this is the only change I did before I noticed it stopped working.

Reproduction steps:

 

  1. open symfonium
  2. go to Music Library
    instead of showing music, it says “Empty folder, verify your media provider content”.

Thanks for pointing me to the right direction. It was indeed an issue with navidrome - it loads music from a SSHFS mounted folder, and if the folder is not mounted when the navidrome service starts, it will mark everything as missing, and it won’t rescan until the service is restarted, so it won’t show up in Symfonium until then. Issue is resolved and can be closed.
