Listening to my music collection stored on OneDrive (a mix of FLAC and MP3, but the issue doesn’t seem to depend on file format). Songs stop a few seconds to about a minute before the end.
I suspect some kind of buffering issue from One Drive… Funnily enough, I discovered Symfonium (which I love) coming from a similar app which had a similar problem (music from OneDrive would end prematurely… Their app would just skip to the next song instead of halting, though).
I submitted a log report a few minutes ago about this.
I don’t see any playback error in those logs are you sure it’s in it ?
Can you better describe what happens and if it happens alaways to the same file upload them to https://upload.symfonium.app
I finally got time to play with this a bit longer. Played a full FLAC album streaming from OneDrive and captured logs. On seven occasions, playback stopped a few seconds to a couple of minutes before the end. Rather than halting completely, Symfonium kept “playing silently” for the remaining time, and moved on to the next song in the queue.
I’m about to send a new debug log report. Note the uncatched socket timeout error on line 939, and six more audioTrackUnderrun errors. Actually, the very last song I was playing (“Bartender”) also stopped at around the 6:56 timestamp, but I don’t see error messages for it.
What are your settings for the playback cache ? Are you sure files did not have upload issue and are corrupted? Try to offline cache them and see if they play correctly.
