Feature description:
Currently we can add options for a general track mix and a decade mix. Every feature for moods though links to albums which is really weird because I would argue most albums are not just a single mood all the way through.
What I am suggesting is a button that when tapped, lets you select a mood from the tags in your library and then will generate a mix of songs based on said mood.
Problem solved:
Currently the only way to do something like this is to go into a smart playlist and set up the mood filter there which is generally inconvenient. I think this is a more useful feature than the broad track mix option and should be implemented for ease of listening and providing a more streamlined experience
Brought benefits:
Lets you quickly select what mood you’re feeling for the music you wanna listen to as soon as you open the app without digging through menus and other details.
Other application solutions:
Basically the same as Symfonium’s genre and track mix options for the homepage but generating a mix of individual tracks based on the mood you select.
