Issue description:
I have a reverse proxy configured for my self hosted instance of Navidrome. I can access Navidrome from my browser, so I know the reverse proxy is working fine.
When I add Subsonic as my provider Symphonium appears to populate my files, song, albums, metadata, etc. but when the sync ends my library displays nothing.
I have several other services running via reverse proxy, all with very similar configs. Help!

I have tried to remove and re-add the media provider several times and while it appears Symphonium does see my Navidrome server, no content is ever populated.
