Max skipped songs in connection error

Feature description:

I want to be able to set a maximum of skips when failing to play a remote song.

Sometimes my VPN, which I use to connect to jellyfin, and the app starts skipping songs trying to find one that plays.

I would like to be able to limit that, say if it skips 3 songs back to back then stop skipping and wait for a while.

Problem solved:

Multiple songs skipped due to temporary connection error

Brought benefits:

Not missing multiple songs

There’s different cases for skipping and different limits.
