M4a rating tag unexpected scale

Issue description:

I got v11 today and tested the new rating tag support (following up on my earlier thread).

The change works great, thank you, except for m4a: all 5 of my test files are identically tagged and have rating=80, and 4 of them show the expected 4 stars but the m4a file shows 5.5 stars. Is the m4a scale not to 100 or is something else wrong?

On a sidenote, the ogg vorbis file’s length isn’t known either until I play it. I can make a separate issue if you prefer, but this was all I had to say about it.

So yes a parsing error for those.

But yes I’ll need logs for the ogg file it works here.

What exactly do you want me to do extra for another log? The log I uploaded should contain a tag cache clear, files sync, and navigating to the album.

Ok did not saw them in all the rest.

Seems it’s SMB specific in this case will see what I can find.
