Feature description:

I cannot find out how to use an external player (USB audio player pro) without casting via upnp which does not work over 5g. Is there a way to set symfonium to use an external player on the same phone such as vlc etc. Have tried “share” to other apps but doesn’t seem to work or show all possible apps.

No it’s not possible, open a proper issue for the upnp over 5G. But Symfonium is a player, if you don’t want to use the player you probably don’t need the app at all.
