LMS UPNP gapless not working

Issue description:

When casting to LMS with the UPnP/DLNA Media Interface plugin (which appears to be officially supported by LMS), gapless playback does not work. If I open the play cue for the LMS end point, there is only ever the current track in the play cue. No previous tracks, no next track… I have never seen a UPNP end point behave like this and the plugin offers no settings.

I’m reporting the issue here, as well as emailing the maintainer of the plugin. It appears that a new playlist is initiated with each track, obviously not idea.

UPNP might be the absolute worst streaming protocol ever created, no two renderers work the same (to me, this means that they do not work properly). It would be great if Symfonium could just play to a squeezelite end point natively without any UPNP garbage.

If gapless does not work you need to see with the plugin author, they advertise support and do not return error with the command sent.

For the record for me LMS is GitHub - epoupon/lms: Lightweight Music Server. Access your self-hosted music using a web interface. :wink:

And you uploaded as bennn next time try to write the proper value so I do not loose time finding the logs.
