List scrollbar goes overtop of item buttons after scroll

Issue description:

When in a list or queue, scrolling makes the scrollbar pop up on the right side. This goes overtop the three-dots menu button of items on that list until the scrollbar disappears after timeout. Scrolling and then quickly selecting the three-dots menu for an item can cause the scrollbar to instead jump in the list.

Reproduction steps:

 
Scroll in a list. Quickly try to tap the three-dots menu of a list item before the scrollbar disappears. List jumps to touched area instead of triggering the item menu.

Duplicate. The timings where adjusted to the best but there’s no reason to loose a large part of the screen to prevent a 250ms rare overlap.
