License restore problem

Issue description:

I had to reinstalled the app some days ago and ran into an issue of failed license restore.
I’ve checked thoroughly the troubleshooting step-by-step.
• Made sure that was only a single google account in the device
• Rebooted the device
• Disabled adblockers and VPN
• Checked the transaction history from Google Play, the license purchase is there
• Reinstalled the app

Reproduction steps:

 
Fresh install the app
Try to restore the license
Fails
Try to click “Purchase” again
Prompted to reboot the phone
Doesn’t restore

The Play Store does not return a license and the app was never able to reach Symfonium server either.

Are you sure the device have a working Internet access with Play Store up to date ?

Try to reinstall the app again being sure that it can reach https://genimee.com/test

You’re right, I can’t reach this website you mentioned. Tried different networks, cellular and Wi-fi.
I’m currently in Brazil, maybe a geoblock issue?
I’ll perform more connection tests with this url, thanks for the lead!

There’s no block and the server is behind cloudflare so should show you a cloudflare page if there was a server issue.

Checked with another device, it returns “ok” to the website. I’ll check what’s wrong with my phone from now. Really appreciated for you time. Thanks for this amazing app and your hard work!
