What is your provider config ? I see lot of https issues.

And see what Jellyfin logs says.

I checked the jellyfin logs and I get theae outputs:

Emby.Server.Implementations.Session.SessionManager: Creating new access token for user *******

[22:51:31] [INF] [128] Jellyfin.Api.Auth.CustomAuthenticationHandler: AuthenticationScheme: CustomAuthentication was challenged.

Then other times it says

Authentication request for USER has succeeded

I am using the default emby docker config for truenas. I also didnt change anything config wise before installing the latest beta. Im also accesing via http local IP.

But it continues to say offline for media provider in symfonium.

If you add the provider again does it works ?

Sorry I should of mentioned that I also tried that already to no avail.

Ive also tried cleanup internal states, clear cache, and, compact database.

When I try and add the provider again I get the error:

Authentification error.
Wrong login or password

But neither is true because login is working for me on app and web GUI.

Same exact error started happening for me as well after updating. Able to log in through Web/other Jellyfin apps just fine.

Jellyfin 10.10.6

Same issue here after updating. Jellyfin 10.10.7.

Same issue here with Symfonium 13.7.0B2

I’m using stable Jellyfin 10.10.7.

Sent log through app.

Also using Jellyfin 10.10.7 on latest Symfonium beta and getting the same issue

Ok so usual Jellyfin inconsistency between versions :frowning:
I’ve pushed beta 4 with the fix, hopefully Google is fast at validating.

Working again with beta 4.

Top job @Tolriq thanks for quick fix.

Wrong, please do not update to 10.11 it’s completely broken with large librairies.
