Jellyfin source disappears or says offline

Issue description:

As per the subject line really.
I added Jellyfin as the source (using the external IP address) and it worked initially.
Now it either says ‘offline’ (which it isn’t) or the source disappears from the list.
Not a good start… I only bought this a few hours ago.

The fact that it works for all other users and that you did not provide the logs so I could tell you what you did wrong is a mere coincidence :wink:
