I lost all my customization presets

Issue description:

I lost all my customization presets. I had been using the app up to about just an hour before making this. I browsed reddit/twitter with the app open in RAM but without music playing. After about 45 minutes of that I wanted to play some music and then I was greeted with a set-up process as if I had bought the app for the very first time. I thought it was a new set-up process for new users, considering the visual additions in the new Beta and maybe a bug had just brought it up. So I went through the process of choosing a preset without thinking much of it. Once I dismissed the set-up process though I went to switch back to my regular homescreen set-up and it along with everything else I’d made was gone. Same thing with my now playing set-ups. And those are the only things affected. My playlists, playback data, rating information and color themes are still here.

I was able to get this back from a previous recent support upload. One important thing however, is that unless things changed with the latest beta, I recall that whenever I imported a nps set-up from the forum, it did not come with the user’s custom logo. So I do wonder if my set-ups still exist in my system with them just being in limbo and inaccessible for whatever reason.

Another update, any artist image that I didn’t set personal had to be redownloaded.

You cleared the app data and started fresh.

And yes as the changelog says the theme now contains the custom icons.

I know you’ll tell me you did not, but it’s what happened and we can’t know what happened so nothing I can do unfortunately, do backups.

For the record, yes I didn’t do that but I too was suspecting that’s what happened. At least on this phone this would be the third time it’s happened to an app.
