How do I get to advanced lyrics setting to where I can change the background and change the different looks of the lyrics like the album goes away and just shows the lyrics or have full screen lyrics and change the background transparent

In any case, you can either add the Lyrics button to your NPS (not the “Toggle Cover and Lyrics” button) or access it via the “More Actions” menu and selecting Lyrics or Lyrics Settings.
Note that these options are only available if the currently playing track actually has Lyrics.

As a reminder, you can only access the Lyrics screen on a track that has lyrics. Meaning you actually have embedded lyrics or a sidecar txt/LRC file paired with the track.
Otherwise the options won’t appear in More Actions and the Lyrics button will be greyed out. The app can’t magically pull up the lyrics just because someone is singing.

Thanks Celorien! In fact I do have the “sidecar” lrc file, but couldn’t see the Lyrics settings because the “Go to” list was way too long and the item was at the bottom of the list. Thanks for NPS button too, it is not so intuitive, but this is the price for that granularity! Problem solved, thanks again!
